Shanika Hubbard, BA
Shanika Hubbard is the Office Manager for Tinley Euthymia Mental Health Services
with over 15 years of experience in specialty healthcare. She grew up in Chicago,
IL and attended Millikin University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in
Political Science.
Ms. Hubbard started her healthcare experience at Rush University Medical Center
where she temped for various clinics during her school breaks back home in
Chicago. Shortly after graduating college, Ms. Hubbard was taken by surprise at
how much she liked working in healthcare and began to shift her passion over to
healthcare administration.
After Ms. Hubbard earned her degree, she returned home to Chicago and landed
a full-time position as an administrative assistant for a specialty clinic at Rush. She
dedicated her time at Rush for over 10 years before taking on a new role as the
office lead for the University of Chicago Psychiatric Department.
Now she has
become a passionate advocate in the field of psychiatry and mental health care.
She has helped build the foundation to our practice with her great customer
service skills and creativity.
Outside of the office, she loves spending her time playing with her two young
boys and traveling with her family.
